Summer 2008 Part 3: Rodeo, Fourth of July, etc.
For Independence Day we went to the Provo Freedom Festival, Parade, Ward BBQ, and of course fireworks. The Provo Fourth of July Parade is the biggest I've seen in person. We had lots of fun celebrating.
Me, Aric, Devon and Whitney, Jacque and Rob, and Rosanne.

My ward got tickets for a rodeo in Lehi! It was my first rodeo and was a lot of fun!

Another fun thing I did at the beginning of the summer was tubing down the Provo River. Well, it wasn't much fun at the time. It was too early in the year so it was freezing cold. It was quite miserable but at the same time it was an adventure for me so I am glad I went. Scott convinced us to go. Rosanne missed out cause she had to work. I went with Scott, Heidi, Heidi's brother, her friend, and Whitney. Towards the beginning when I was still figuring out how to steer, I ran into the side of the bank and got sucked under some tree branches, I thought I was going to die but I made it out with only of few scratches on my face.

Summer 2008 Part Two: Stake Activity
This summer my stake had a big activity up a canyon. The biggest hit was the hot air balloon ride, which with the hundreds of people in attendance meant only a three minute ride. But it was still a fun experience. We also had a hayride, bonfire, dancing and lots of food.

After Graduation Pictures
After my convocation ceremony, I dragged Mom and Dad around campus so I could have some pictures taken at memoriable places. Thanks for putting up with me! It was such a beautiful day. Get ready for lots of pictures!
I wouldn't have this diploma if it wasn't for the many hours spent in this wonderful library.
The Brigham Young Statue outside of the ASB administration building.
The New Hinckley Alumni Center! Isn't it beautiful?
A beautiful painting of the Nauvoo Temple in the alumni building.
The famous Sister Hinckley Chair in the Hinckley building.
BYU has such a beautiful campus! I miss being there every day.
I was part of the last class at BYU to have
President Gordon B. Hinckley's signiture on my diploma.
